Return Process

  Log into your Mono Go! account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing and accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
